Cancellation Request
Members who wish to cancel their membership must provide notice at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in continued membership fees for the current period.
Refunds
Membership fees are typically nonrefundable. However, we’ll evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
